Integrated Training and Demonstration Platform Project

 

The DiManD training framework will offer both network-wide and local/individual training, and be connected by a networkwide collaborative integrated project. It is designed such that the training and development activities undertaken by the ESRs will develop them into Digital Manufacturing Ambassadors, capable of opportunity-spotting, connecting and facilitating change within European Manufacturing. ESRs will be recruited in one cohort around month 6, following a 2-day recruitment event, and all will be at a similar stage of their scientific career.
